Starter

This is perfect for small businesses, artisans, or anyone just starting out, like a shop with a single storefront or a boutique online presence.

You don’t need to commit to big sales or large production runs. The setup cost is modest, payments are based on what you actually make or sell, and your paperwork is simple.

Support is basic, mainly self-help and email, but you can use Magwick’s Trademark branding to help attract eco-conscious customers. If your sales take off, moving up to the next tier is easy.

Professional

Ideal for brands aiming a bit bigger, regional companies, or those regularly supplying to multiple shops or retail chains, either domestically or across a group of nearby countries.

This license offers better per-unit rates as you grow, plus priority support and access to marketing materials for your brand.

There’s a minimum annual royalty, and you’ll need basic forecasting and reporting, but you still don’t get exclusivity. If your brand plans for steady, scaling growth but isn’t yet multinational, this tier suits you.

Enterprise

Targeted at large or global companies ready for major volume or who want to “own” a territory (like the EU+UK) with exclusive or none exclusive rights.

Requires a formal bid process, larger upfront payments, higher minimum annual royalties, and strict performance targets, including deadlines and scale expectations.

You get the best support, negotiation flexibility, exclusivity protections. This is the option for brands wanting a leading, flagship position with Magwick products and trademark branding.

Licensing Magwick gives you the right to manufacture, market, and sell candle vessels and refill products using the patented magnetic wick retention system and to use the Magwick™ and Magwick Inside™ trademarks in your branding and packaging (subject to quality standards and brand‑use guidelines).
